Alex Kushner General has sucessfully completed over 30 individual housing projects for the City of Oakland Housing Authority.
The projects included exterior and interior renovations to multifamily apartment building:
- sidewalks and driveways replacement
- parking lot and private patios repaving
- new exterior lighting
- windows and sliding doors replacement
- structural repairs to decks, balconies, promenades and walkways
- stucco and siding replacement
- new fiber cement siding installation
- redwood fence replacement
- CMU build trash enclosures with metal gates
- complete interior rehabilitation of residential units with new kitchens, new bathrooms, granite kitchen counter tops, new electrical and lighting fixtures, new doors and hardware and painting.
