Small home, build 60 years ago, was completely renovated with custom touches and up to date amenities. New rooms at the front and back of the house were added to the original floor plan as well as completely new third story addition. Great emphasis were given to flow of space and light through out the house. Another total makeover renovation of an old San Francisco private residence. We have also added master bedroom suite in the back of the house. The new kitchen designed by the owners is tremendous. Hardwood flooring done with quartersawn solid white oak looks fantastic.

This home was 100 % renovated with outmost modern amenities. Family room, office and bedroom with private bathroom were added at the subbasement level. This was done by surgically excavating under the house, building new foundations and retaining walls and completing structural reinforcement of the foundation and shearwalls. Small but important home features like winecellar were not overlooked.
